Instant Parboil Brown Rice
Instant Parboiled Brown is a specially processed, premium quality Instant Parboiled Brown Rice. This product is characterized by its uniformity and flexible cooking preparation, which produces chewy, plump kernels upon rehydration. This Instant Parboiled Brown Rice is considered as 100% Whole Grain and has a higher fiber, fat, and protein content than fully milled rice products.

As a general rule, Instant Parboiled Brown Rice will absorb 1 cup of water per 1 cup of rice.
For stove top applications;
Bring water to a boil, stir in rice, bring back to a boil, and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Fluff before serving.
PLEASE NOTE: Heat to 165° F prior to consumption.
